EEEEWWW! School starts on Wednesday, and I still have to finish my summer work. I'll try to post some of the stuff I did @ RISD when I get a chance, but I'm a little swamped (but I'm not dead...yet). Anywho, senior year should be fun. I'm taking some interesting classes (well, they looked interesting on paper when I was signing up for them), and I get to see my friends again.

Not too much to say here, I'm an art-nerd who sits on her ass too much when it's not track season.

  • Interests: Art, fencing, track, music, science (lulz, I'm such a nerd)
  • Favourite movie: Tekkon Kinkreet, The Triplets of Belleville, any Monty Python movies, Hero, and shitty zombie movies
  • Favourite band or musician: It's hard to choose, but I guess System of a Down
  • Favourite genre of music: Mostly rock (or anything close to it), and some other random stuff
  • Favourite artist: My mom and dad, they taught me pretty much everything
  • Favourite poet or writer: Neil Gaiman writes some amazing stuff (read Coraline and any of his short stories).
  • Favourite photographer: I love underwater photography in general, but no specific people.(I just don't know any names)
  • Favourite style of art: Pretty much anything, but I'm partial to traditional art. I like colorful art with details.
  • Operating System: I run on Vitamin Water and EasyMac. Kidding, its OS-X
  • MP3 player of choice: iPod (no matter how often I break them or the batteries implode)
  • Shell of choice: Conch?
  • Wallpaper of choice: Wallpaper is a pain in the ass, I go with paint.
  • Skin of choice: Eww, my own thank you very much
  • Favourite game: Anything Metroid (but really, Metroid Fusion).
  • Favourite gaming platform: I love my Gamecube, but I do wish I had a 360.
  • Favourite cartoon character: That's like asking someone to chose which of their children they love more.
  • Personal Quote: "The next person who says shenanigans is going to get pistol whipped."
  • Tools of the Trade: Dip pens, microns, Prismacolor markers, water colors, and the occasional blob of clay...

you were correct in your statement that i need to invest in a coffee machine. i'm only lightly charred, and there were no fatalities in lab (today, at least). but still.
